Returns and Exchanges
Bottom line, we want you to love your new gear and wear it with pride. We will accept returns and exchanges 
within 30 days of purchase date. Items must be in their original packaging, and unworn condition. The Color Run™ will not charge re-stocking fees. Return shipping rates will apply.

Return and Exchange Exceptions
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Components of the participant race kit may not be returned or exchanged.
Items purchased at our race onsite store is considered final sale and not able to be returned/exchanged.

How To Return An Item
Returning an item is easy, just follow the steps below.

Email support@thecolorrun.com and include the following information in your email:

       • Your full name
       • Your order number
       • Date of purchase
       • Reason for the return/exchange
       • Return product information (product, style, color and size)
       • Exchange product information, if applicable (product, style, color and size)

We will write you back with authorization and instructions on how to proceed next with the return/exchange.

We recommend using a traceable carrier like USPS, UPS, or FedEx as The Color Run™ is not responsible for items not received.
